When will my wine arrive?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery can take 2–6 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We currently deliver to all Australian states and territories. Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally (yet).
What if my wine arrives damaged?
We’ll fix it. Email us a photo and your order number at orders@pllana.com.au and we’ll arrange a replacement.
